Change to On The Day appointments

Due to increased demands for on the day appointments, the GPs  have designed an improved system by which to manage this demand.

You are now asked to no longer queue at the desk to book an appointment. On the day appointments will only be bookable online or by telephone which will be triaged by a Doctor.  If you need an on the day appointment please telephone reception and expect to be called back by a Doctor during that day.

How Do I Make An Appointment?

You can make an appointment with the Doctor or Nurse by phoning the surgery between the hours of 8.00am and 6.00pm. For routine/non urgent appointments please phone the surgery after 9.30am.

Appointments can also be made through Systmonline / NHS App, although these are restricted to GP telephone consultations at present as a precaution risk for the Coronavirus.

You have a right to express a preference of practitioner and we will do our best to give you an appointment with the Doctor of your choice.  Should your preferred Doctor not have a free appointment you will be offered an appointment with one of the other GPs in the practice.

You will never be refused to see a Doctor if one is available. If you no longer need your appointment please let us know.

Please remember that appointments are for ONE person only. If you feel your consultation may be lengthy, ask the Receptionist for a DOUBLE APPOINTMENT when you book.


Disabled Access

Wheelchair access can be made through the front door and a toilet suitable for disabled patients.
